Return Policy and Guarantees

  • Electric Shaver Service will fully refund or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.
     
  • 10 Days from date merchandise was received
    Refunds or exchange is available on these products:

    Replacement parts to include foils, screens, heads, cutters, blades.
    Batteries and circuit boards are not returnable they will only be replaced if defective.
     
  • 30 Days from date merchandise was received
    Refunds or exchange is available on the remainder of our merchandise.

    Exceptions

    Once the package has been opened, Norelco and Braun shavers & trimmers must be returned to their respective companies to honor their money back guarantee, return information is included with the instructions.  Be sure to keep your receipt.
     
  • All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and a copy of the original invoice.  Call 1-888-476-1785 or email us at [email protected] to receive an RMA number.
