- Electric Shaver Service will fully refund or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds or exchange is available on these products: Replacement parts to include foils, screens, heads, cutters, blades, batteries, circuit boards, circuit board components and motors. - 30 Days from date merchandise was received
Refunds or exchange is available on the remainder of our merchandise. Exceptions Once the package has been opened, Norelco and Braun shavers & trimmers must be returned to their respective companies, return information is included with the instructions. Norelco has a 60 day while Braun has a 30 day from date of purchase guarantee. Be sure to keep your invoice. - Shipping and handling charges for shipment to the customer and returns to Electric Shaver Service are not refundable, unless we made a mistake or shipment in error.
- There is a $5.00 restocking fee on all returns that were originally shipped with noshipping charge unless defective. There is no restocking fee if you paid for shipping on the original order.
- All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and a copy of the original invoice. Call 1-888-476-1785 or email sales@electricshaver.com to receive an RMA number.
